  1. Who should attend this meeting?
    We encourage physicians, physicians in training, and non-physicians (students, nurses, EMT's, and paramedics) to participate in the MEMC-GREAT Congress.
     
  2. Is MEMC-GREAT a CME conference?
    The American Academy of Emergency Medicine will be providing AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ for U.S. attendees of the Congress. Certificates of Attendance will also be available to attendees. As the tentative Congress program is finalized, the exact hours and credits will be published.
     
  3. Where is the Congress being held?
    Pre-conference and Congress sessions will take place at the Ergife Palace Hotel.

  6. Visa information:
    For many participants, letters of invitation help smooth the visa process. We wish to support international attendees in their efforts to secure the needed travel documentation. However, in order to receive a letter of invitation, MEMC-GREAT must be assured that you intend to attend the meeting if your travel request is granted. Individuals that require an official letter of invitation in order to obtain a visa and authorization to attend the meeting must:
  • Register for the meeting
  • Request a Visa Letter of Invitation

We require that you provide your full name, address, and email for us to process the electronic official letter of invitation. The letter of invitation does not financially obligate the MEMC-GREAT Scientific Meeting organizers in any way. All expenses incurred in relation to the meeting are the sole responsibility of the attendee. Please note that we cannot guarantee that you will receive a visa. The decision to grant visas is at the sole discretion of the embassy/consulate. The meeting organizers cannot change the decision of the governmental agency should your application be denied.  Due to the costs involved, we cannot send letters of invitation via express mail services.

To request a letter of invitation in order to attend the meeting, please email (indicate "invitation letter" in subject line) MEMC at info@emcongress.org.

Advance travel planning and early visa application are important. It is recommended that you apply early for your visa.
